Graanmarkt 13, located at the center of Antwerp is a quite special spot where a concept store, restaurant and an apartment meet under a roof. Renovation of the place was made by the owners of concept store, Ilse Cornelissnes and Tim Van Geloven. Each object of the place was selected carefully by them and the result is just outstanding with a great uniqueness. What makes the place so unique is there are no signs of a restaurant or a store, the place welcomes people with a surprise in each corner but it doesn’t make people feel like they have entered to a store, but to a home with a great interior. Carefully selected and located fashion products and objects have a great role to create such concept, of course. While there are these unique concept and restaurant on the first floor, top two floors keep the biggest surprise as there’s a well designed apartment with four rooms waiting for them that can be rented for both short and long term. The place’ spacious design with carefully selected furnishings and high walls create such a serene atmosphere that can’t be erased easily from memories, especially thanks to the peacefulness that the concept offers.
